"To create vibrant and colorful canvases, I draw inspiration from my everyday life. Sometimes it's colors that amaze me and that I want to reproduce; sometimes it's the shapes that have the spotlight, or it's an idea that I want to illustrate. I paint in oil and acrylic and I explore many techniques from figurative to abstract. I like fluid and transparent paints but I also like contrasts and well-defined lines. In the end, I give myself the right to make the images I like and hope that others will see something in them as well."
